The Tunisia national football team represents their country internationally, participating in various tournaments and matches. The team is known by the nickname "The Eagles of Carthage" (Les Aigles de Carthage) and is governed by the Tunisian Football Federation.
Team Achievements
The Tunisia national team has participated in six World Cups: 1978, 1998, 2002, 2006, 2018, and 2022. In 2004, the team won the Africa Cup of Nations. They also finished runners-up in the tournament twice—in 1965 and 1996—and finished a respectable third in 1962.
